This a great resource, Ashish! One thing I do notice is, most of the LLD questions have been implemented without design patterns. Apart from singleton, none of the other common design patterns like observer, factory or strategy has been used. The usage of single patterns is an important benchmark for LLD interviews. I do agree that we can use more design patterns for the LLD questions. I will try to add them in future iterations and also document it properly.
